Bone Broth2

It’s fascinating how the world works.

How, over time, we re-discover concepts and natural remedies that were thought of and practiced centuries ago and incorporate them into the present.

One of many natural remedies is beef bone broth.

The benefits of drinking or cooking with this liquid gold are endless. As the bone broth simmers away, minerals are released into the liquid which allows our bodies to easily absorb them.

Proteins found in the bones of grass-fed beef, such as collagen and gelatine, strengthen your hair and nails while further replenishing your skin. The gelatine also works as a fighting agent to protect, heal and generate a godly gut, assisting in digestion, food absorption and a stronger immune system.

Calcium, magnesium, phosphorus and glucosamine work together to repair our bones and damaged joints through stimulating the growth of new collagen. Anti inflammatory properties further help reduce pain and promote relaxation. Enough with the facts!  Let’s get cooking our bone broth:

Beef Broth can be consumed in many ways. Regardless of whether it’s added to a soup, used in a sauce or you choose to drink it in it’s more pure form, it’s going to do you some good.

If you’re having trouble getting to sleep, I highly recommend drinking a small cup before bed.
