We continue to introduce the experiments one by one into your life, 40 in total spread throughout the year.

This weeks experiment has us focussing on the great intention that we start our day with, only to be distracted by our daily busyness.  We will be thinking about the one thing that will have a positive impact on our work and our life.  By doing so we become more conscious.
